The entire property except on the side facing the beach is surrounded by electric fencing. The entire property is under 24-hour camera surveillance monitoring by a local security company, with two cameras covering the beach-facing side.
In the time that we have owned the apartment, there have been no incidents of any kind.
The garage/carport does NOT have a door but the vehicle is safe in that the electric gate to the property can only be opened by a mobile remote which you are issued with.
